Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or damaged products (unless the product was damaged during shipping).

Return Process

Mail-in Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

In-Office Returns: If you are local, you may return your item in person at our dermatology practice:

To initiate a return, please contact us. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
